Oh, Hey, Look! I Have a Blog.
It's not that I don't love you. Or food. Or that I haven't been dining out. Or that I haven't been dining out at new places. It's just that...well, I just don't know.
Something has made me lax in the writing dept. I could blame it all on Diner #3, but the kid goes to sleep at 7 p.m. so it can't be that fucking simple now, can it?
I've been a whole slew of places that I have yet to write about: Spruce, Beretta, Zinnia, etc., etc. and though I've enjoyed them all, I just haven't been *inspired.* Sometimes I get inspired, and then I think "gee, I should throw in another load of never-fucking-ending laundry, or sleep, or shower, or think about auditioning again, or call that friend, or gouge my eye out with a red hot poker because Diner #3 won't take a fucking nap."
So I made a New Year's Resolution: to visit this little corner of the web more often in 2009, whether anyone is still reading or not. And if David and Catherine get their way, I just might start one of those shitty mommy blogs too.
