And I had some fine versions in Italy itself, too. Because you mentioned this dish to me on Sunday when I saw you, of course I had to make myself some last night.<BR/><BR/>I am sure it was not nearly as good as SPQR's. But personally - though I love me some pasta with some clams, the point of aglio e olio for me is its utter delicious simplicity.
